Yay for having plentiful parking too and later hours! Extra points for the obaachan holding it down and talking with my husband in Japanese!!”

 

“Came here for a late night grub and found a few vegan options here, vegan yakisoba, vegan ramen, vegan udon & vegan mabo don. I tried the mabo tofu and it was soooo good, very large portion, a bit spicy, bomb flavors and fulfilling, a perfect grub. The lady who worked the register was super nice and patient with my boyfriend and me. Definitely coming again, it's a bit hidden in a small drive thru plaza with a dope view of the Taoist Temple, especially at night when it's lit up.”

“THE BEST oyakodon (chicken egg rice) I have ever had in SoCal (it's my favorite Japanese comfort food and I'm a real snob about this dish.... my now-second favorite oyakodon is "Ichimi Ann Bamboo Garden" in Torrance.) Perfect egg and dark thigh meat ratio and texture, and the sukiyaki broth coating and infusing every grain of the jasmine rice is simply DIVINE. Will definitely come back for more oyakodon.”
